Our double bed studio is open-plan with a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area and separate modern shower room. Each studio also has small patio area with table and chairs overlooking the marina and lake.

- Please bring your own towels & toiletries, bedding is provided.
- One dog is welcome at a charge of £10 per stay to be confirmed at time of booking.
- We offer a 10% discount on any pre-booked hire or tuition at the Marina. Please contact us to book.
- All our apartments are non-smoking or vaping.
- Apartments are available from 4:30pm on the day of your arrival and we request that you vacate by 09:30am on the day of your departure.
- It is a short 30 minute walk to Keswick from the Marina.
